At The Modebase, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays.

  • During peak periods or sales, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to select countries in Europe, the UK, and North America. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location:

United Kingdom 2–5 business days Free over £50 / £4.95 below
Europe (EU Zone) 3–7 business days Free over €60 / €6.95 below
North America 5–10 business days From $9.95

Note: All shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays or external factors beyond our control.


3. Order Tracking

  • All orders come with tracked shipping.

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

  • You can also track your order anytime via your account or our Order Tracking page.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For orders outside the UK/EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

  • The Modebase is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Customs clearance

  • Extreme weather or courier issues

If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, please contact us at support@themodebase.com.


6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately to correct the address.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  2. Provide your order number and tracking link.

  3. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a refund or replacement where applicable.
